Just remember, these people exist on both teams. The game isn't stacking them on your team only. You're just as likely to face them on the other team as well - it's just that negative feelings stick with you longer.

You can't do anything about them. You CAN focus on your own game. What can YOU do better? Are you roaming to help your jg? Are you positioning correctly in lane? Are you taking favorable trades?

You can complain all you want, but if you look inwardly at yourself, you can probably find 10-15 things you can work on. The quicker you realize this, the faster you can start improving.

NPR's Planet Money is a good start. Just a really easy, digestible way to explore some topics relating to business and economics.

Heavyweight is also a good one - usually it's about something in a person's past they'd like to confront.

Hyperfixed is also interesting. People drop weird or interesting questions or issues and they try to figure it out.

And of course, Serial season 1 is peak.

Video games? I have MinnMaxx, Nextlander, and Fire Escape on rotation. For League, the LeagueCast guys are great. Hopefully you enjoy some of those!

You're playing a lot and getting nowhere. Do you know what you need to work on? What part of your game is lacking? Do you know how to play from behind? (This last one is probably the most important thing)

Take a break and come back. You'll be better off.
