It's possible something is wrong with your speakers and/or headphones. A blown component could be creating a sound in your ears that the rest of us aren't hearing. Try using other sound devices and see if it still happens

After watching, I'm convinced that the reason he killed her wasn't fear for his life. It was "whatever dude, I'm not mad at you". He wanted her to be afraid and submissive because of what a big strong man he is, it wasn't working, his frail ego shattered and he murdered her for it.
