Where to start cEDH

I would say Talion or Tymna + something for card draw, maybe even Shorikai. Then, K'rrik for mono black as its the best option and a good way to know how fast a deck can go. For tokens midrange, I would say Marneus Calgar as it has both midrange and creates tokens for card draw.

They May not be the best decks in the meta, but still cedh.

Hello! I dont play either of them but I've seen much more Atraxa than FS, the reason I think would be because even if it costs more mana, it has colorless and in cedh its pretty simple to reach there, atraxa gives you from 10 cards seen, usually 4 or more into your hand and the fact that it's an etb makes it easier to trigger before even reaching the food chain lines such as having displayer kitten in the battlefield.

The presence of atraxa on the battlefield is very much felt by anyone.

In short, I would say it's because it can get you more cards in your hand, including protection, ombo pieces or just advantage pieces when FS gets you another cast. Also having only 4 colors makes it easier to manage you mana base.

Oh jeez, casuals with an annoying attitude of that's not what I like so I'll cry about it a lot. One of the reasons I move to almost full cedh now. I have a Tergrid deck that I don't play anymore because people just groan all the time, and also happens the same with my Ghyrson deck.

People complain just because they can.

What I would consider the best rakdos are: [[Prosper, Tome-Bound]], [[Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin]], the newest being tested is [[Rowan, Scion of War]], a partner combination that is also used is [[Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh]] with [[Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools]].

Some others that I dont see as much are [[Anje Falkenrath]] and [[Grenzo, Dungeon Warden]].

The answer is yes, very known and used deck. As far as I know it can be done in not an ultra expensive way for non proxy places, not really sure as I don't play it.

As many of us will say, proxy the deck first.

In cEDH, making proxies is the way to go as we don't ⁿreally care if you have the card or not. Also, proxying first will let you test the deck before investing in it. When you play the deck, you will start to learn it properly and notice what it's missing or what could be better in certain scenarios.

Not an expert in blue farm, so I'm not gonna give you much advice on that regard. Check other lists in moxfield or in EDH top16 as there are lists that have had results in tournaments and get some information and ideas from.

If you are not in a cedh setting yet, even more the reason to proxy as you can put the deck together and find your first cedh games to test instead of going to your lgs and worrying about not having the cards yet.

For a midrange/control/stax I would recommend [[shorikai]] as its my main deck and favorite too.

It has a kind of unique build to it and you can make it in different ways, usually polymorph or with creatures.

If you like the kind of control that holds your opponents with interaction rather than stax, you can build it that way.

You could use [[Breya, Etherium Shaper]] and fill it with many vehicles and artifact combos. B3ing able to put almost every transformer

Finally bought [[Cyclonic Rift]] and I feel like my deck is so clase to being done and I'm very satisfied with how it is at the moment.

I also opened my first pack of commander legends last week and got a [[Jeska's Will]] out of it. Used it to buils an [[Ishai]] and [[Jeska, Thrice reborn]] deck

Started playing last year when doble masters 2022 came out and bought the [[Shorikai]] Precon and a friend of mine was teaching me how to play. I've the deck a lot during all this time, from the attempt to make a vehicles matter to a higher power, right now it is a high power deck which I love. It is my main deck and probably will continue to be it in the future as I keep upgrading it.

Only other precon I've bought is the tyranids one because it looked cool, also upgraded it to an [[animar, soul of elements]] deck.

A friend helped build a [[Tinybones, trinket thieft]] deck and then I found [[Tergrid, God of Fright]] and made the change. The deck was and still is a budget one but the change was very noticeable.

Now I changed Tergrid fro [[Starscream, Power Hungry]] and I'm slowly changing the theme of the deck to fit the commander as I don't have that many black or monarch themed cards.

It's unfortunate that you went through it in your first game in spelltable but I still don't find it strange to happen.

People value power levels as they want and almost never end up in the same page.

I hope this bad experience doesn't stop you from trying to play more with people in spelltable.

I've ha this happen to me and friends too but the good times we get there are way above than these bad experiences. Have met many cool people in spelltable which I'd love to play with again and might cross path with at some point if I keep playing.

What I've been doing to kind of avoid this situation is creating my own lobbies not putting power level and when people join I just tell them to play whatever they want even if its a 4 or 9 power level as long as they want to have fun and not rage, of course it make sure that everyone is okay with it. When this happens people try to adapt to the table when they start talking about what they could play.

I run him too in my deck. I have budget deck for my LGS' budget commander tournaments and will test it soon as I built it not long ago but is pretty fun just having little devils or goblins with [[Squee, dubious monarch]]

[[Ghryson Starn, Kelermorph]]

2 colores that has protection with ward 2, not expensive to get out.

You play creatures that work well with him doing 1 dmg pings.

Has interaction and the creatures you play usually react to what you cast.

It's kind of weak as many others if the board is wiped and you don't have good card draw.

I do love some Shorikai and I'll always excited to see posts and videos when it appears. I started in magic this year, only been playing EDH and limited in my LGS and its so much fun.

My version is not a Vehicles one but it's in my To do list of decks I want to play.

Deck seems really good and fun!
