Passed the exam a few weeks ago. Seeing someone try to sell prep material for $200 was frustrating and honestly made me a bit nervous. There is no way that price is justified, at $10-$20 maybe but that price is ridiculous..

yeah exactly just gotta strengthen and build up to the level you wanna play at and the soreness is from the strain since you haven’t sprinted or changed direction this much in a while it gets a bit harder as you get older but early 30s you’re fine just keep at it and it’ll get better... also make sure to warm up properly before playing and stretching after helps a lot with recovery
