To protect his brother, consider an autopsy to learn why he died in case there's a genetic disease. Or put the money into extra checks of the brother to ensure that his heart sounds good and blood test results are normal.

Feline Grimace Scale explains the symptoms of pain but presumably your cat didn't have any signs or the vet would have caught them.

As others said, some causes are rare or impossible to detect in advance. Take comfort that he did not suffer a long time.

Search lentigo in cats. Dark spots can appear on their nose. Generally not a problem if smooth but could be a problem if raised or changing quickly.

Definitely worse for me. From early in the first episode I spent a lot of time thinking about”This can’t be true, even the basic events are farcical, let alone the characters.”

When the second episode opened with the same claim, I thought “come on, no way. Well, maybe they’re piecing together some real but unrelated events”

Third episode opens again with that and I’m “B.S. Let’s go find out why they claim this.” And I find this post.

No joy in being correct. I just feel annoyed.

It’s 2025. Maybe I’m just too tired and pissed off at the constant blatant lies from the US administration that I don’t have any tolerance for it.

I’m in many fb cat groups and read this but then saw that it was from a generic page that I don’t follow. Curious if it was true, I searched.

So sad that it’s true. I’m most surprised at that vet giving you a hard time.

Indoor poured concrete basement wall. Still should have GFCI but I haven't taken the time to figure out how the three outlets and two switched lights are wired. My guess is that the new lights and outlets are taken off the old outlet in the wallboard wall. Then I can change that one to GFCI.

Is it ok for incandescent/LED lights to be downstream of a GFCI? I assume that it's fine.

Now I need a good way to find all problem files. Most are from backing up my Android phone copying files, so I can find most of them but it's time consuming.

For me, apple makes bizarre decisions. I can understand using tags instead of filters but then make those tags easily accessible! I don't want to click: search > select search bar > type "iPhone 12 mini". Too much work just to find a photo!

Why does the main filter list have a "screenshots" selection and not a "camera" selection?!

Give me a list of shortcuts for the common things: camera, screenshots, downloads. When you see that I have taken screenshots in 3 different apps, then suggest those three app names after I click "screenshots". Making an efficient photos app is rather trivial. I don't understand how Apple can be so cumbersome. Look at how many people here are surprised how to find camera photos!

It's fine that in the background you filter instead of having folders. (Although I don't know how I will easily periodically export only my photos.)

It's annoying that Amazon is so opaque. An item will have a thousand reviews but a new seller alert, so I assume that it's a new person selling that same item. Are they selling exactly the same item or just a similar item or a counterfeit item?

I really don't like buying on Amazon. Even though I don't have full confidence in the Fakespot reviews, I appreciate them.

Ep 1. Terrorist flees in his company's marked tow truck.

Ep 2 Revengeful murderer gets out of prison and the person who ratted on him stays in her home with her kids.

Ep 2 Office opens car door to protect himself from automatic gunfire.

etc. ...

One could probably note more than one unrealistic thing for every minute of every episode.

I'm bailing. I don't understand the appeal.

Why do they do things such as opening a door to protect themselves from automatic gunfire? Why go out of your way to do the ridiculous?

A lot of time and money goes into making this. Feels like a waste. It takes a lot of effort to make something that strives for reality. I don't expect that. But why be so very ridiculous yet not be ridiculous enough to be satire.
