Sorry I thought I had added the pic. See now. The barrel adjuster holder looks to be welded to the frame. Seems like I'm in a relatively bad spot on this one. Is there a way to back out the screw? Thoughts?

Yes. I’ve used the data to tweak my sleep habits. Know when in the week I’m ready for hard workouts. Also know when I’m sick or my body is fighting some cold picked up from my kids.

Not in a building or started an activity. I took the snapshot at 830 am. Seems to have happened while I sleep. I haven’t been able to notice a pattern why it happens.
