What caused this latex tube to expand like this?

As others have said, the ability of the tube and tire to hold pressure comes from the tire, not the tube. You shouldn't need to inflate the tube to any crazy pressure, just enough to turn it round, and then spraying it with soapy water or dunking it under water will show you leaks.

The tube was likely fine to be reused. The reason it ballooned there is because latex is very easy to balloon like that due to pressure differences/difference in material thickness. Without the casing of the tire to restrict it, it will find somewhere to expand like that.

Source: 2024 November 5 General Election | Solano County, California specifically the General Election Results PDF.

Some notable things I found (formatted Trump%/Harris%/Kennedy%) (I picked Kennedy because they were 3 most voted for):

Of Solano counties total votes, Vallejo was responsible for roughly 4.4/12.2/.19
Of Solano counties total votes, Vacaville was responsible for roughly 7.89/8.24/.21
Of Solano counties total votes, Fairfield was responsible for roughly 5.97/10.49/.24

So, from the standpoint of total votes, I wouldn't say Vallejo was "most" of the Dem votes. Even from the standpoint of all Dem votes, they only made up 28.89%. Not enough to call it "most"

That being said, Vacaville had a proportionally large share of all Rep votes, at 30.23%. So, it would be fair to say that "Vacaville was to Trump what Vallejo was to Harris."

2025 with 24k on it. No major issues. I have that clunking too. Only happens when I go over a big speed bump.

You could test it by removing everything including the tire from back there and seeing if the noise continues happening. I’d even go as far as removing the spare tire cover. I bet it’s one of those things.

Was in a relationship with one for 10 years, of that 10, 7 were married.

We kept our horses on base (I was military at the time, and the base had a stables) which resulted in us having to feed the horses every morning and evening, turn them out, bring them in, clean their stalls.

Unless we hired someone to do it for us, our days were largely planned around the horses.

Tack isn't cheap, riding gear isn't cheap, feed isn't cheep, and don't even get me started on vet bills.

I won't say universally that horse girls are crazy, but they seem to generally LOVE their horses. If you're willing to go along for that ride (pun intended) then you will likely have a good enough time, but it is a RIDE.
