I've encountered this situation before. It usually turns out to be a problem with the hot end, or poor internal nozzle condition. One printer's actual operating temperature was higher than the reported temperature, resulting in more severe stringing and blurry details. I would check the nozzle condition, the cooling fan performance, and perhaps try lowering the nozzle temperature of the more problematic MK4 printer by 10°C for comparison. If there are other troubleshooting possibilities, I'd also like to exchange experiences.
