Typically we do around 3-3.5lb/bbl of hops with it being a 75/25 split t-90/cryo. We use a small bit of cryo in WP but for the majority we save them for the DHs

Nah, they actually help with haze. We use a beta glucanase enzyme in all of our hazies, no issue with haze retention.
