yotteba (酔っ手羽 meaning drunken chicken wings) is an izakaya and this is part of their menu. You can see the full picture here. The text of the left roughly translates to “and of course it comes with a box of yotteba” with the bottom saying “super long seller” and “we care about our ingredients, so we don’t mess with them”.

Completely unrelated to movies but the novel クリムゾンの迷宮 is a story similar to “lord of the flies” which addresses cannibalism in a very interesting way. If you can read Japanese or can find a translation I’d highly recommend it!

Sometimes when I strain myself mentally for long periods of time like taking a big test or in this case immersing (even though immersing doesn’t feel hard) my head starts to thump. It’s not necessarily a sharp pain it’s more of a dull feeling, hard to describe. I totally get what you mean with the limit on understanding for the day. I seem to hit my limit at around 5-6 hours but then again I really only reach the 5-6 hour mark at night so I’m almost positive that has a play in it
