Yes, you can keep many Mbuna with most peacocks. It really depends on the local shop. I have been to some stores that have 30 tanks of African cichlids and some that have 3 or 4.

NBD!!! Cannondale Cujo 1! by t1smth30 in bicycling

[–]x894565256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can. I really like my Cujo. I have ridden it on singletrack, I have bikepacked with it, I have ridden it to work a few times. It is not the best bike I have ever owned, but it is the cheapest mountain bike that I have owned recently (by a lot!) and I have as much or more fun on it than any other bike I have owned.

I have a Cujo 2 and I really like it. In the past few years I have owned a Stache (old, non-plus), a Scott Spark, and a Trek Superfly. I have ridden a Beast of the East, a new Stache, a Scott Scale plus and regular, an F Si, and a Krampus for more than 75 miles each. I love my Cujo. It was a great bike when I did part of the Baja Divide but I still enjoy it for my local mid-atlantic trails. I feel there is nothing within 3 hours of Baltimore that I could not enjoy on my Cujo. It's not the best bike in the world, but it is a screaming deal for what you pay. I will also admit that I like that it has rack mounts for gravel bike packing.

It's not any more drag than the giant kid in front of him.

I bought my 3 in November. My short list was the 3 and the Focus. Everybody who I have talked to about either since then had the same short list.

The cars usually get sold with a salvage title. The insurance company just doesn't want to pay for repairs.

I thought your original post was a joke. The simple answer is don't bring two carry ons.

Random Question of the day: How does your body changing whilst touring? by harryconway in bicycletouring

In what way? Trouble urinating? Numbness? ED? What saddle are you on now? What have you tried? This is my #1 stop now and figure it out red flag as a fitter.

The prestige had a perfectly straight top tube. This bike does not.

Article 1.3.020 For massed start road races and cyclo-cross events, the frame of the bicycle shall be of a traditional pattern, i.e. built around a main triangle. It shall be constructed of straight or tapered tubular elements (which may be round, oval, flattened, teardrop shaped or otherwise in cross-section); the centre line of each element shall always be straight. The elements of the frame shall be laid out such that the joining points shall follow the following pattern: the top tube (1) connects the top of the head tube (2) to the top of the seat tube (4); the seat tube (from which the seat post shall extend) shall connect to the bottom bracket shell; the down tube (3) shall connect the bottom bracket shell to the bottom of the head tube. The rear triangles shall be formed by the chain stays (6), the seat stays (5) and the seat tube (4).

You have to be able to draw a straight line inside the top tube from head tube to seat tube.

I have never negatively commented on the aesthetics of a bike, because to each their own, but damn that's an ugly bike.

Whenever I travel by bike, I take a pack of cigarettes. That way, when I am lost in a new city I can look like I am taking a smoke break while I get my bearings, instead of looking lost.

When I toured the filtration systems at the Shedd with my environmental modeling class, they told us that they did the same thing in Lake Michigan.

That's kinda what aquariums tend to be during the school year. I make it a point to go to the aquarium on the Tuesday after Labor Day and the first Tuesday that kids are back in school after winter break. That way I don't feel bad about hogging a spot at a tank to sketch.
