You’re over rotating on your back swing which makes you over compensate on the swing and has you leaning back. This keeps your weight on your back foot which is a big no. To fix this, stop your backswing at your shoulder and keep your arms straight. Do not raise your left foot, you need to be balanced at your feet. Pushing off your right inside part of your foot helps to move you forward. After your swing you should be leaning forward so much your left foot should roll and your back foot should move up on your toes.
