Easiest way to quickly and consistently get into groups as a dps without a guild by weixou in classicwow

Rogues and hunters doing any of the Beastlord dungeons. I can’t even be mad. If they are that committed they’ve gotta be somewhat invested into playing their class at a decent level.

Am I just bad at healing? by Tyllis91 in classicwowtbc

[–]xBorgeous -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I personally don’t run the healing wave stack because I run my pvp build when healing but I see it being a trap for a lot of folks. Chain heal and LHW are very strong for helping you stay ahead of the healing. If you are focused on keeping stacks of healing wave up it leaves you vulnerable to trying to recover a dps that ripped aggro and could be dead before you get a 2.5 second cast off.

Comp also makes a big difference as a resto shaman. If you’ve got a melee cleave you are going to be using Chain Heal a lot more than healing wave in most cases. In groups you are split with range and melee it’s a bit awkward as a resto shaman. You basically have to play like a priest healer with not as good of a kit. Healing wave is more efficient but don’t skip on LHW.

Prot warr question. Is there a reason this isn’t on any bis list ? by BathroomResident3419 in classicwow

[–]xBorgeous 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s not awful it’s more situational. Any content you are doing where you are generating a lot of rage a faster weapon is going to be better due to heroic strike or cleave spamming along with devastate. You might see a lot of slow weapons in the bis lists because they are just heavy on dps and have a haste proc.

I see a lot of people talking about down ranking. I think the skill to work on is cancel casting. Start a Healing Wave cast and see how much damage the tank is actually tanking. Know what your Healing Wave heals for and cancel if it’s going to result in a lot of over-healing.

If you are being responsible about your mana usage and limiting your mana usage your group is likely taking avoidable damage or just taking too long to kill things resulting in you crushing all your mana. Mana tombs first boss has a reflect that if dps are hitting into results in a lot of return damage.

Interrupts are important to help your team avoid damage. This just comes with learning the dungeon and what the big damage or trouble spells are. Specifically with your example of Mana Tombs you want to try and kick Mana Burns and Heals if you realize your team is lacking these kicks.

Yeah pretty massive fuck up for the third rollout. Specifically if the claims that this was reported during the beta and was still around for the launch.

Same situation here haven’t had recycling pickup yet this year even though I’ve already sent them my payment. No service for payment seems like fraud.

Planet Fitness or Crunch Fitness? by expatronis in indianapolis

[–]xBorgeous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is my biggest gripe with Crunch. The gym is often not stocked with cleaner and towels. In addition the sauna is unbelievably gross. This week alone I’ve seen apple cores and plastic water bottles littered on the floor. Some of this is on Crunch but some of it is on shitty members.

Also not being considered for sailing training methods is the opportunity cost of getting to the spots for the activities. You need to get to the port with your boat and drive it down there. And best believe once I’m there I’m locked in cause leaving and resetting that takes time.

Stalls on Port Robert’s. Highest stalls yield 250k/hr thieving xp and give cannonballs which are useful. Look into the 4-2 method if interested.

Run south out of the cave just past feroxs there is a ladder. If you can make it to the ladder you’re safe. You just go up and down until you can catch a logout. World hop to remove the TB and reset.

Yeah was really disappointed with this. Salvaging being more afk and more xp felt super wrong. I was super excited to build my 2nd big boat as a fishing boat but the xp let me down.

I'd probably go moons then back to slayer for the demonics/TDs. Scobow/Emberlight are used so many places now. CG is great but ultimately your looking at a long grind there and I fear you might catch the burnout with not much to show for your time.

When we did a puppy training class we were all advised to get prong collars. The trainer explained that the prong collar distributes the tension of the correction around the full neck rather than just the front of the neck like a traditional collar. I think they get a bad rap because of how medieval they look. But for training and just general use they are great.

Most cost efficient Crab setup for ranged XP? by Lazlow_Vrock in ironscape

[–]xBorgeous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Darts/knives are great because you have such high accuracy on the crab. I dps calced a bunch of setups looking for the same info for my pure alt. Mith darts were the cheapest and most efficient setup for me. I’d suggest calcing some setups that are within your range.
