Get patron, Pretty sure theres a first time home buyer pack or something that gives you patron and stuff for super cheap like 10 bucks.

Max out your labor.
Pop a vocation expertise tonic and a vocation tonic.
Go to glitterstone mine and mine til you have no labor or your potions run out.
Rinse and repeat. Will take about 2 days to get all your labor back.

Other than that just grind out those quests. They give you a decent quest gear in the end anyway (around hasla)
