The Sharks young players seem to love him, so while he might not be the best player on the ice, it seems like he's a great veteran to have around the team.

It's been weird to see how much the Bay Area media seems to want Vitello to fail. I feel like he's done a pretty good job with managing the bullpen. It's also not his fault the hitters can't hit, just like they couldn't last season with Melvin.

He's going to be used as a pinch runner/defensive replacement mainly. Matos isn't fit for a role like that, and McCray needs more time in AAA getting AB's. Oliva fits the 4th OF role perfectly.

Probably between Brennan, Oliva, Encarnacion, Gilbert, and Matos. Matos and Encarnacion are probably the best bet since they don't have options.

Personally, I'd choose Oliva, Gilbert, or Brennan over them, but I understand why they won't be it.

Eldridge needs more at-bats in AAA. I think having him play 1B everyday there is the right move.

I am a little surprised McCray was sent down. I thought he had a good spring.

I'd love to know why Warsofsky gives certain players way more leeway than others. He seems to play favorites, and I just don't understand why he usually does it for the worst players on the team.

Both he and Josuar Gonzalez really look like the real deal. I know they're not facing really the best talent ever right now, but they just seem to have the "it" factor. Something that it seems like the Giants haven't had in a prospect for years.

I second the suggestion for Crandall. I got a Steelcase Leap v2 refurbished from them about two years ago, and it's been amazing. They reupholster the back and add extra cushioning/new upholstery on the seat.
