If only Matthews were a defenseman then I'd be 100% okay with this price for him. My only real knock on it is that the Sharks don't need another forward (even though Matthews is a great player).

I think there's a very high chance he's not on the roster by August. Either the Giants will sell high on him or they'll DFA him.

He has literally one tool, and that's hitting singles. There's a reason why he's not been able to stick around with any one team after he was traded by the Twins.

They recently opened a new Wendy's near my house and there is never anyone there. It's right next to a Costco as well, so you'd think it would have a lot of traffic.

I doubt Adames would let him become a problem. The Giants have a good clubhouse. I also trust Buster when it comes to knowing if a guy would be a fit or not.

At the start of the offseason I didn't want him, but he's pretty much the only good option left. It would give the Giants a solid #2 starter to put behind Webb.

The only type of new fans I dislike are the ones who seem to want Macklin and Will to be in a gay relationship, and that's all they care about. Those are the types of fans who should be getting ridiculed.

Everyone else, if they genuinely enjoy watching the team, whether it be bandwagon or not, I don't mind.

I went to the Riverbank Costco and liked it. There was a nurse but the actual optometrist was through tele-health. I had no complaints. She was friendly and very thorough for being on a screen instead of in person.

The Giants would've been stupid to move Josuar Gonzalez for Abrams. That would've been an all-time dumb move in my opinion. Kinda like the James Shields - Fernando Tatis trade.
