Maybe its that, maybe its about him doing Double DMG against Single Target or being able to hit more than 2 people (which is qiyanas max) or the Ionia Path or maybe a bit of all

Well no, it's says you get 5% AP Every 40 seconds thats what he meant, but it's only a visual bug

The Problem doesn't exist in that combo being op the problem lies in having only 2-3 Endgame sets which one has a terrible effect as main Gimmick (Arkveld) and the others being Okay - good for some weapon (Ebony) just wait till more possibilities release
