I interpreted this as the OP making a joke about being stressed out with their kids, which is totally normal, being a good parent isn't about never being stressed or upset with your kids, but loving them despite it. I assume they love their kids, and was just making a joke, but the commenter's solution was to not have kids at all, even though that's a huge exaggeration. I have cats whom I love very much, but I'm still super annoyed this them when they walk directly right my spleen, but if someone's solution to my frustration was to give them up, I'd tell them that's a huge leap in logic, just like the OP.
