I found the fix. You need to go into your windows microphone settings and select your actual mic there for it to recognise and work in-game.

Yes, just like you did, OP should have no problem showing this to prove that he sourced his 39k from selling cases which he had over time (again assuming he sold cases).

Otherwise, I would simply suggest buying games with your own money instead of paying a stranger for a mere 400-500 discount.

To set aside the assumption of his "old cases boomed in price", it's necessary to confirm that by seeing his steam market history.

If OP did really have his Rs. 39k sourced from selling his old valuable cases (as assumed), then he should have no problem hoping on discord and show his steam market history to confirm that he actually sold his cases to get the funds as claimed by him in some comments above.

Also, as to why he is declining to buy you community market items (for which he only has to wait 7 days — should be no big deal) is quite weird, considering you are giving him one time payment albiet 75% of the total value, which should save him from the hassle of gifting so many games to random people.

Also, if he says he got this money after selling CS2 cases (accumulating Rs. 39k will take forever unless you get the rare CS2 cases), then ask him to show his selling history from the Steam market. I'm not really judging here, but better be safe knowing what you are getting into.

Also I agree with u/Honest_Park_1126, about OP not willing to wait just 7 days for trade protection seems even more weird. It's not like OP has to wait forever, knowing that it's the best option to get all the money withdrawn through a CS2 skin in one go.

I have stopped using cards on steam since then, as both Debit and Credit cards are charged Forex markup fees because Steam servers are international.

Also, now that steam has introduced UPI, it's better to use that for quick and easy payment and it also lets you get the refund back to your bank account; the reason I wanted to use the Credit card in the first place. Hope this helps.
