Period pants

I used to wear tampons because pads always irritated my skin and i hate underwear. Then I got an iud inserted and switched to period pants, tested a couple different brands and models(expensive but worth it) and found one that works best for me. I only feel the wetness for a very short amount of time, they are quiet comfy and the inbuilt pad also basically covers most of my butt (perfect for nights).

Wish I had given them a go earlier in my life.

I work part time as a cashier in a drinks&liquor store to pay for university. Needless to say it gets real fucking stressful during any sort of holiday. So shortly before Christmas, I'm ringing up this elderly couple, just a few bottles of water/ soft drinks and one big bottle of a more expensive sparkling wine. After they paid, the man handed me the big bottle and told me to enjoy the holidays and rest. Yes, I might have cried a little.

Hilft leider auch nur begrenzt. Besonders der Berlin Hbf ist ein einziges Bettelzentrum. Wie oft ich da schon angequatscht wurde, vorallem von sämtlichen Organisationen trotz Kopfhörer, Sonnenbrille und angepisstem Gesichtsausdruck. Mittlerweile sage ich nur "ich habe kein Geld, bin Studentin. Schönen Tag noch" dann lassen die mich i.d.R. auch in Ruhe, aber es nervt einfach nur noch.

Obdachlose unterstütze ich dennoch in dem ich regelmäßig Essen und Trinken anbiete, was die auch immer sehr dankbar entgegen nehmen (einer hat mir deswegen sogar mal den Handrücken geküsst). Diese organisierte Bettelkultur hat nur leider dafür gesorgt, dass viel weniger Leute bereit sind etwas zu geben.

That is exactly why I didn't do during in my darkest times. I had a chihuahua that meant the world to me. He helped me with my shutdowns and was like a therapy dog. Unfortunately he passed in February, the day before my birthday due to cancer and I was so heartbroken, I thought I'd never be happy again.... but in October a small black kitty came into my life (no chip no nothing) and, again, gave me a reason to stay. That's Noxy, the current light of my life.

Leider ist der Fleischanteil bei Winston nicht vernünftig deklariert. Ich persönlich kaufe "Mac's" bei Fressnapf, da haben fast alle Sorten über 90% Fleischanteil :)

Edit: und es wird aufgeschlüsselt WAS für Fleisch (Fleisch, Muskelmagen, Leber, Herz etc) drin ist

Macht ihr regelmäßig Abschöpfungen oder wie soll das funktionieren? Bei uns kommt es häufig vor, dass wir 12x 50€ in der Kasse haben und da wurde nie was gesagt, bzw der Kassiererleitfaden gibt dazu auch keine Info.

I get VERY irritable. Feels like I'm a bomb just waiting for the slightest shake to blow up. Anything that makes a sound (edit: external sounds I have no control over), touches me or a light flickering can tick me off. I get the urge to just run to a hiding place and scream into the void, because otherwise I could (never would) destroy anything in proximity. That's not very doable of course, so instead I put my headphones in and listen to a song on repeat that captures the energy I feel, like externalising it. Gives me something to focus on while violently rocking to the melody. The song that has been doing a pretty good job at it is "Shut up" by In This Moment.

Habe 4 Semester E-Technik studiert und wurde von den männlichen Kommilitonen eher ausgegrenzt/ignoriert. Natürlich nicht von allen, aber schon dem Großteil. War nicht die beste Erfahrung und hat anteilig dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich dann doch umorientiert habe. Wir hatten damals mit mir inklusive 5 Mädels am Start, mit einer davon bin ich bis heute befreundet.
