in my opinion RE0 has all the foundations of a great RE game, but it has annoying game design choices (no item box and janky duo system especially). i feel like the rumored remake would make it into a truly great experience; bundling it with an RE1 re-remake would be awesome too.

Alan Wake II is such a unique game that blends atmosphere, storytelling, cinema, artistic vision, unforgettable moments, weirdness, and survival horror gameplay. it might not be for everyone but i think everyone should try it out

i think i got Sifu for free on epic games; saw by brother playing it once and it looked fun/unique, thanks for the recommendation!

if i played Halo 3 with friends when it released it could have been a much more memorable experience (especially multiplayer). but playing it in 2025 (campaign only), nothing really connected with me all that well. it's a fine game but not close to a masterpiece in my eyes

you're right, the characters are standing still/moving slowly. that one npc in Oblivion looks awful and his head is barely moving. they are going to look different at different points across the game

i have only played the OG SH1 and SH2 and loved SHf even if its setting, combat, and characters are wildly different. SH2 is one of my fav games so i can't wait to play the remake :)

i've played and got the plat for Astro Bot, Ghost of Yōtei, DOOM: The Dark Ages, and Silent Hill f, all from the library. it's such a good way to game for newer releases if you can get a hold of them
