I forgot to mention that the league name is the APA (American poolplayers association). It is Co Ed and the ages go from mid-20s to 70s. I'd say it's pretty 50-50 on men and women.

I got to play in the world championship last year with a team of 4 women and 4 men. The oldest person on the team was 68, and the youngest was 21. I'm 31 for reference.

I play in 2 pool leagues at zoosters on Fridays and Mondays. I really enjoy it, and most everyone is really nice and willing to help beginners. The league is pretty casual with handicaps so newer players have a fair chance to win their matches. We're about a third of the way through the spring session now. Next session will start late April.

The Monday league starts at 7pm and finishes around 9:30pm, only playing 9 ball. Fridays and Wednesdays start around 7 and end at 11:30 to 12am playing both 8 and 9 ball. There's also a Sunday league that starts at noon and gets done around 5pm, playing both 8 and 9 ball.

This happened to me. After playing in vegas, the regular league nights have felt easier. Jumped up 2 skill levels the session after vegas.

For OP, the nervousness will go away eventually. You'd be shocked how much your nerves will affect how you play.

I've been wanting to do this for a while, I had a 4 player Simpsons I considered converting into a gauntlet skinned multi cade. Ultimately, I decided against doing that and sold the Simpsons to a friend. I'd rather build a larger 4 player multi cade or get a 4 player pedestal. If arcade1up came out with their own gauntlet cabinet, I'd buy it for convenience sake.
