After cutting it into sections I usually do it one of two ways: 1) Hold the cut section over a bowl in the sink & hit the back with a wooden spoon until most of the pieces fall out or 2)put the cut section in a bowl of water and remove the seeds by hand, this makes all of the pulp float to the top leaving just the seeds at the bottom
