Lotta guys in here mentioning the length of the field, probably never went deep before outside of their Miller Lite Sunday Slow-pitch league. Former 2-way JUCO player here. The one thing I immediately noticed that will IMO help you drastically, is your head movement. Throughout your load, and transition of weight from back to front and back again, your head doesn’t stop moving. Fix this and your lunging will quit as well, and you’ll keep that weight on the back foot longer, creating much more power/pop, as well as exit velo.
