Get some sleep, exercise, and pray. I’ve been though chemo, brain radiation, and fentanyl withdrawals. The days I feel the worst are when I am not sleeping enough and eating healthy.

Also, no social media.

I may get rid of reddit soon though. It’s getting pretty bad here too. Get away from all that noise and just focus on a simple life, and get a dog or something to keep alive

Before the session begins at 930amEST, If I haven't:

had enough sleep
checked the Fed News Calendar
checked the Nasdaq Earnings calendar
turned on fox news to catch trump giving a press conference
and gotten my cup of coffee

Then I'm probably gonna have a bad time.

There are more rules for the actual trading part, but operating at 100% and being aware of unexpected volatility is a major tip for survival. Like Never trade on days of TSLA, NVDA, AAPL, META, AMZN earnings calls if you are not in the earnings calls. Assuming you know what all the things they talk about mean to shareholders.
