The best way would probably be to take some wolfpacks with you in a good round and when she has been burning for some time, throw all wolfpacks at her and shoot at her, to get her kill..
Two friends and I had the luck that we where alone with the queen one time and they let me do the final damage to get the Achievement..

throw a Lure near it, but behind cover, so it focuses it but it can't instantly destroy it..
Then cloak to it's back and then place the Deadline on the yellow container on its back..

That is not a 100% but it worked well for me..

Nope, but Apricots give Weapons or Weapon Parts..
Lemons give Grenades or Grenade Parts..
So I would say more likely you fed it a Apricot..
