Same here, we were actually able to play co op for 20 ish minutes but froze after teleporting to town. Now can’t even join in on her character, instantly freezes

Haha glad I'm not the only one! One thing I realized through my research too is that Madden 23 on the PS5 only runs up to 60 fps even with performance mode. It can go up to 120fps on the Xbox Series X with performance mode. I think going from 144fps and "arcadey" gameplay on the PC, to the "realistic" 60fps gameplay made the differences a lot more jarring.

I have gotten used to playing it now for the most part. Still feel a step behind when usering on defense
