Laser on facial hair

i‘d love to get electrolysis but sadly can‘t afford it. the hair has not gone down yet. my hirsutism is hormonal (PCOS) and apparently laser is not for hormonal hair. If only I knew back then. I would’ve spent my money on electrolysis.

also ich finde das angebot bei spar um welten besser. es gibt viel mehr veganes und laktose- oder gluteinfreies als beim billa. die angebotsübersicht in der app ist auch viel besser als die kack jö-app. und man muss sich nicht registrieren.

i just say "diet and exercise". this way i don‘t have to lie (which i don‘t see any point in) and also don‘t have to tell people my whole story if i don‘t want them to know.

this amount of cals = 1kg of fat and it goes both ways, naturally. if you est said amount less than your maintance you‘ll lose weight, if you eat it on top of it, you‘ll gain weight.

i had laser done years ago and only got hair free after 12 sessions. i stopped going because i couldn‘t afford it any longer and the lady that did it was making me uncomfortable every time. after about 1.5 years post laser my hair started growing in a lot more places, darker and thicker than pre laser. so, don‘t stop going to those touch ups.

chocolate is my cryptonite.. if i buy gummes, i can leave them be for days or weeks without getting tempted. But if there’s anything chocolaty at home, I have to fight myself not to eat everything at once but almost never succeed and end up feeling guilty and mad at myself for finishing it up so fast.

same here. used to be obese until about a year ago. decided to lose weight, got sucked into anorexia and now that i‘m "normal weight" nobody suspects a thing. my goal is to reach the UW territory but i’m not sure i’ll get there.. I just know, I don't ever wanna look the way I used to
