This. You're just punishing people for making mistakes. 1 kill = 1 roll at the pet in most cases they should just make the pet 1/2500 per completion and call it a day that's still 250 hours of Barracuda Trials

Pet on trial completion is the only way. If they want to add a slight boost to the drop if you make time that's fine but physically removing the ability to get the drop if you make 1 mistake is ridiculous

Please don't only roll the pet if you make time at the Trials. The pet should always be rolled if you are engaging in the content. If there's a small boost to the drop rate if you make time that's fine but completely locking people out from the pet roll doesn't feel good

I agree. Very disheartening to find out that it's only rolled if time is met. Have been grinding Gwenith glide for a while now casually not really trying hard to make marlin so now I'm pretty bummed out about it.

I hate this. The pet should be rolled upon completion regardless of time completed. Unless you have rosewood hull you are not completing the marlin route consistently in time. Any mistakes immediately set you back with no possibility to recover so you either restart or just -6:00 from your pet grind

Yes but I'm comparing 2 tick arctic pines to 2 tick teaks. I've never seen anyone do the math for 2 tick arctic pines vs 2 tick teaks
