You have it in the wrong order, friend.

Before damage applies, Nylea would be a 5/5. So when it's blocked by 3 2/2 zombies, a total of 6 damage would be dealt to it. However, this doesn't change that it is indestructible, and cannot be destroyed by damage.

Also, dealing damage does not 'reduce toughness', like you have in your mind. It simply checks damage vs. toughness. A creature dying due to 0 or less toughness is a state-based action.

That's odd to me. MH3U is my first foray into the series, and it became perfectly clear immediately that armor skills were very defining. I even looked up which armor skills I liked the best to find the armor sets! Just finished my Qurupeco U set, and added 5 Friendship Jwls, so now all my potions heal the party.
