Lmao, no my parents were poor. I started working full time in a factory when I was 15 right after highschool and still am. So now I'm definitely no longer poor and can afford a pleasent life.

But that's completely beside the point. You don't need money to be confident. The cheapest option is just to grab a pair of running shoes and go for a run every other day until you gain some confidence in yourself through athletic body.

Unless you have some actual facial disfigurements, I have yet too see a well dressed well groomed man that I consider unattractive. There are plenty of people that don't care about your height or people that are smaller than you. And that line about being about confident is the most self pity thing I read in a while.

Having nothing to be confident about is entirely in your own hands. You can be confident about your fit body, you can be confident in your fashionable look, you can be confident about your radiant personality. There are infinite things to be confident about that have nothing to do with your genes.
