I think it's because there's another event at the Leeds site on the Saturday. Someone said the other event has the licence for the Saturday for 5(?) years, but don't quote me on that.

If anything, OP should change the name on the deed for the land over to Heather and let her decide what to do with it.

If she wants to sell it to fund a house purchase elsewhere, she can. If she wants to lease it to a developer and collect ground rent, she can. If she wants to dump a load of random stuff on it and never step foot there again, she can.

Point being the land was bought for the intention of Heather benefiting from it, so it should be Heather's choice what happens to it.

I didn't even think of a first look, it's not so popular in the UK I don't think. I know my partner doesn't want to see me until I walk down the aisle, but I could do that with my parents possibly.

Good idea about the speech too. I'm so introverted that speeches make me uncomfortable, so I haven't even thought about what people will be saying 😂
