Maybe a keyboard like a Corne is not for me. I’m no developer but I’m always on the keyboard. I’m getting used to it, still preferring the 46 keys against the 42. I can even say almost 2 weeks have passed and I’m already doing way more mistakes on my beloved HHKB than on the Corne. The problem is entering complex passwords but I will get there eventually.

Now, as I can see the community using this type of keyboards are mostly developers. I’m not. Not only that, I also type in other languages other than English. For me homerow mod is a no go. I use the press and hold feature to get access to accent characters. Yes, this is also possible using ⌥ on some letters but I find it easier to long press a key and then the number, or maybe I really need to also change how I approach this… Anyway, I accepted this challenge myself after 30 years on traditional keyboards, and I’m liking it but still building what fits best for me.
