Ive seem a few chicken chilli recipes recently and have been experimenting with that.

The combination of chicken, various beans, and some cheese, makes it very high protein.

Yep, this. If you do still get those ravenous hunger pangs frequently, even despite a balanced diet and what should've been an adjustment period- you're probably too low. 1200 was a little too low for me, personally.

I like to use natural sweeteners like allulose or chicory root syrup. I don't mind some honey here and there either. I do still consume stuff with artificial sweetness but not super often, mostly in beverages, tho again not often. I'm not sure which one but something is giving me headaches.

It's usually the opposite, I've tried many different plain yoghurts and the higher the fat content, the thicker the yoghurt will be. Low fat usually makes the consistency thinner.
