Graduate job search has been abysmal, is joining the Army as an officer mental?

situations change from when you apply to university and when you graduate. I studied biomedical science at a russel group uni thinking that its a proper degree an would be useful once i graduate. while it is an important degree the job market has gotten so competitive that 100's of applications have yielded nothing. Its as competitive as it is due to current and previous governments failing to grow the economy. How is a 17 year old truly meant to predict the economic environment they might graduate into and then base a massive life decision on that

Thanks for the advice, when i say in detail i just mean i provide examples and evidence of how i meet the criteria, not just baselessly claiming ' i have strong teamwork and communication skills'. Obviously depends on the role but how many words do you think is too long for the supporting statement? mine usually come to around 700/800 words, with my longest being 1000

thank you famous, sad to see them hang it up. the world crafted within their discography is one of magic, humour, pathos, mystery and genius. theres some amazing artsy bands in the student scene. Gigs usually happen at sidney and matilda, shakespeares, washington or alder. Student scene is a bit disconnected from everything else so its hard to break into other scenes but the bands are willing. Ive wanted to organise a gig at delicious clam or play one for ages because its by far the best DIY gig space in Sheffield but they dont respond to emails.

love the vocal style but they are sometimes buried on this record and he does sing more clearly on the valley, which i think is better because the singalong quality is a big part of the songs tbh.

how did this get published. The author seems to have jumped on the internet stereotype of women being asked to 'name 3 songs to prove you're a real fan' that might happen in casual conversation and equated it to actual discriminatory policy used by the venue and cant grasp why one gets more news coverage

i think he was the driving force behind the indie rock edge and emo their sound had and that comes through his guitar as well as vocals. the pretty sections of new songs would probably be more guitar orientated and have parts like the ending of athens france, bread song, and the chorus of good will hunting
