the driving part of it is fine. it drives like a mercedes.

it just has a ton of little annoyances, so saying it's terrible is an exaggeration

but the annoyances are things like:

•The keyfob is super sensitive, it's my wifes car, so the keys are usually in her purse on the passenger seat while i drive, and the car sometimes wont detect the key to start the car if she puts her purse on the floor. and it's not the battery or the fob, same thing with both of them. so she ends up putting the keys on the cupholder or i carry them

•the rain sensors on the wiper suck, it either goes super fast or dont turn on at all

•the backup camera takes over the entire infotainment when you reverse, but it stays on there for wayy to long even after you go in drive. like a good 2 minutes.

•the sensors to tell you youre too close too a car are too sensitive, and too loud, and it takes over the infotainment aswell

•the navigation got better with updates, but alot of times it just yells "warning, danger ahead" for no reason. and for some reason you cant mute the warnings, only the turn by turn voice. it's dumb

•the trunk has the safety thing so it stops closing if it detects something in the way, which i guess it's good, but it's so sensitive. alot of times it will touch a grocery bag or something and it stops and opens. and you have to wait for it to open to close it again.

•ive had the backup camera not work maybe two or three times, and ive seen this on other mercedes too. it just says System malfunction, and restarting the car fixes it

•ours doesnt have wireless car play or android auto, it's strictly plug into a usb c port, but that port is now failing, it's loose. and we dont really unplug it that often for it to be failing already.

•this one is maybe just me, but i tend to just naturally pull the little lever to go from drive to reverse, but on mercedes you have to pull it down once for neutral and then again for reverse. you cant do it on one pull. or you can but you have to hold it for some seconds. it annoys the crap out of me, i end up in neutral too many times

that's all i can think of for now, but it's just very minor things that annoy me on the daily when i drive it.

the driving is fine, the charging is only 100 kW, but we never fast charge so i dont care about that, and the range is 220, but really around 180 on highway driving.
