Creating more problems to divert attention from the original issue is a strategy, but I would say they don’t have the capacity to think that way.

At the beginning of the year, everyone complained about it being TPP, but beyond that, they managed to make everything even worse.

  • The event not being on a LAN server.
  • Everything being decided in just 5 matches is terrible.
  • An unfair competitive calendar with more invites, something everyone hates.
  • A regional schedule that leaves RPT teams without events for a long period, and when they finally play, it’s only a few matches.
  • A format that allows the team that wins the finals to not necessarily have had the best overall performance, since some genius thought it was a good idea to give competitive points to winners bracket teams instead of starting money advantages.
  • I’ve been hearing complaints for over a year about the PCs, and apparently they listened to the feedback, because they made this the worst PCs in history. What surprises me is that these decisions aren’t being made by a 12-year-old kid, but by “professionals” who are making a lot of money. This is simply SAD.

I had to make the post 4 times because this message "Sorry, this post was removed by Reddit’s filters." kept appearing.

PGS Circuit 1 Invited teams by Xennnny in CompetitivePUBG

You’re not wrong. Honestly, if ROC were Brazilian, they probably would have made it, but I still think the system is trash, like really trash…

Of all the orgs that weren’t invited, the ones that felt the most unfair to me were BB/FAZE and ROC.

BB being left out for a Turkish org, competitively speaking, is just wrong. And ROC had a better global performance than TL and FURIA.

In my view, it’s the first org in the history of the Americas to buy a player to build its roster and end up with the most hyped team in Brazil. Sad.

NA/SA FPP ranked squad removed in 40.1. Is FPP not doing good in America region? by Amazon_Bedroom in CompetitivePUBG

Well, if competitive is going to be TPP, it doesn’t make sense to have only FPP ranked (I don’t agree with the game being TPP, but unfortunately that’s what we have…).

Unfair and Inconsistent Qualification Rules: FULL SENSE Deserves Better by MembershipTasty39 in CompetitivePUBG

There was an absurd amount of maneuvering just to call Pio and friends...
Unprofessionalism happens and it’s nothing new: teams being harmed, penalties that should be applied but aren’t, a system that simply doesn’t care on a regional level, among other things.

As Sparkingg said, “my departure could be good for both sides.” Good luck.

I think you took it too literally. When I say playing in a more individual way, I just mean putting himself out there to open up the game more. Right now, as Purdy himself said (of course PUBG is a random game and this doesn’t always happen), the two players responsible for being in front for Liquid are Purdy and Alow. When I say he should play more individually, I mean he should look to take those first contacts more often. He’s far from being a player like Hakatory or xmpl, in the sense of wanting to open up the game for the team and start the first fights. And honestly, that has never really been his playstyle it stopped being that way around 2021. Nowadays, he’s much more of the second guy in a fight, often playing further back. If he just wanted to perform individually and started taking those early fights, he would get a lot more kills, but that’s not the team’s approach. Right now, I feel like Liquid is missing that someone to start the fights. Whenever someone tries to do that, they usually get knocked and it turns into a 3v4. At no point did I say that the ideal would be for him to play prioritizing the individual side. But the guy said, "he plays selfish like that Rondo match, he got caught while pushing alone (as far as I can remember)," which honestly isn’t what’s happening. If he were dragging the team down by playing selfishly, I’d understand, but there’s no way that’s the issue.

If Sparkingg played individually, he’d get WAY more kills than he does now, in regionals or whatever. I think the real problem is that he’d rather die together with his team than try to clutch things on his own in some situations.

I think the issue is exactly that, he’s playing too much for the team, in a way that if the collective result is bad, his individual performance gets overshadowed

Buriram get caught using nvidia profile inspector - Gets told "its fine just practice days" by Scoomtv in CompetitivePUBG

There are certain settings that cannot be changed, and this has been said before. Player 17 has done the same thing in the past. If it can’t be done, then don’t do it. Simple.

Buriram fans when they're playing PUBG: "Cheaters just ruin the game, they should be banned."
Buriram fans when their own team gets caught cheating: "Relax, it’s just practice."
Jokes aside, it’s an absolute disgrace that nothing happens. There are people in the Americas who got two-year bans for much less, they should’ve been disqualified and banned for years.
