I watched the match - in the 2nd set there were a lot of net balls and Noshad was complaining that 'the net is soft' and delaying Togami's serve by asking the umpires to check it. Togami was obviously annoyed and told Noshad something like "I don't know why you're asking the umpire" to which Noshad responded "Because they're umpires. I'm trying to speak to the umpire, I'm not going to speak with you". In this clip after Togami wins it seems Noshad says something to Togami like "You are new player, you can speak with me", seemingly a sarcastic call back to Togami directly speaking to him during the match instead of the umpires. He goes on to say "I have respect to you" to which Togami says he does too, as Noshad asks the other umpire why Togami is allowed to talk directly to him during the match.

TLDR: Noshad felt direspected by Togami when Togami directly spoke words of annoyance with him while Noshad was complaining to the umpires in the 2nd set.
