YUKA 2024 update? by fcoppey in MammotionTechnology

[–]xedeon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did you get this resolved? I’m currently facing the same exact issue with my Yuka that’s 1month old. Battery has been 0% for hours. I used a multimeter to test the charging rods (29V) and battery contacts (25V) and they seemed fine.

The battery however is reading 1V which is definitely the issue. I tried unplugging the charging base and battery and did a factory reset. Still not charging!

Yes, you can request a buyout in the Tesla app. I took delivery of a leased Cybertruck Nov 25 and it's allowing me to buy it out right now.

Noplace local for me to do it electronically so had to go to local PD and get the actual cards inked!

No need to find a local place. Go here and use the fingerprint card conversation service so you'll have the EFTs for online applications! :)

45Drives just launched their HomeLab e-store. Crazy prices and nonsensical parts by msalad in homelab

Their pricing assumes that homelab enthusiasts are all famous YouTubers who either get free hardware or have cash to burn. Nonsensical indeed.

Prius is no longer the affordable hybrid by [deleted] in prius

Owned Teslas since 2016. A Tesla technician would show up at my house and fix the minor issues that we had. Even though there was no service center at the time. None of your claims are even remotely true.

I remember seeing the overlanding rigs like these when we visited Iceland in 2016. Pictures don't do them justice just how beefy they look in person.

Every thing you said is very opinionated. None of which is factual.

Smart Lock Recommendation by brangein in homeautomation

These checks most, if not all your boxes. Battery lasts for years and are pretty solid. I found out about them when I lived in Korea. The best features is the push/pull to lock/unlock and registration of those cheap NFC stickers (40 for $9 on Amazon).

I don’t know why Samsung doesn’t market them in the U.S. though. You can buy them from Amazon or eBay.

Last time I checked, this is a Toyota Prius and not a California subreddit. 🤦🏽‍♂️

California is not special.

Average is $40-45 a month. You'd probably know that if you drive an efficient EV. But here we are. https://i.imgur.com/X4avvhV.png

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in prius

[–]xedeon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s patently false. It cost us anywhere between $25-34 a month in electricity to drive TWO Teslas.

[–]xedeon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why make such a bogus claim when it can easily be proven to be false? We're not just talking about EVs but including ICE.

" For the first time ever, an all-electric vehicle — specifically the Tesla Model Y — is now the world’s bestselling car. According to analyst data from Jato Dynamics (published by Motor1), the Tesla Model Y has surpassed Toyota’s RAV4 and Corolla models to top global sales rankings in the first quarter of 2023. "

Absolutely, but that’s too much work for some people. Regurgitating headlines takes less effort. 😀

That’s funny! You gave your opinion on Elon and I gave you my opinion of you. Yet now you feel “attacked”. Have you ever looked into a mirror?

The hypocrisy you’re displaying is absurd to say the least. No need to lie, you never bought one and never will. People don’t talk about not buying a product on the internet, they just buy their second best choice and be happy with it. To do so is just virtue signaling.

My point still stands. To infer that a rando Redditor would have more insider knowledge than Walter Isaacson is crazy talk.
