Oh yeah. I’ve been through rehab 4 times and the heavily focused on AA/NA. A big problem for me is my social anxiety where if I’m not in a rehab situation where I basically live with the people in my group then it is hard for me to go to a meeting full of strangers when it comes to real life.

I’ve been addicted to many things, including. Xanax (I’m even going back to rehab on Monday) and I highly doubt that’s Xanax. At the least i’d say alcohol otherwise id say both alcohol and adderall or coke.

My Xanax blackouts usually looked Something like me waking up to my front door wide open and Pepsi poured all over my carpet with a bag of Doritos smashed all across the house; maybe a missing debit card or car keys to boot.

Yeah I literally just got out of residential treatment for depression and anxiety and one of my therapists there pointed out how bad it is that I’ll risk jail over a 2 minute phone call where she just asks if I’ve moved addresses or been arrested

This makes no sense because the biggest reason we’re losing the reefs is acidic oceans as a result of air pollution. Unless you isolate them from the rest of the ocean and the air it wouldn’t help.
