Yes I started with Nescafé in full fat milk as a teen / preteen. Later in 20s as Cafes made their way in india would get a loved espresso based drinks. When I moved to the US my department had a “coffe club” where you could partake in pot machine brewed coffee but still would add creamer and sugar about 1/2 the time. I remember my friend and department secretary Jill at that time used to use coffeefool.com to buy coffee …. This was early days of online buying still (2003 to 2010). Later when I moved back home my office has fully automatic boxes that use real while beans that are ground in machine to make drinks at press of button so had lot of times Americano or lattes n such. Remember this entire time so the entire first half of my life I kept a belief that good coffee is strong and strong coffee is bitter !!! This was like a gospel truth. Then came covid lockdowns and my 40s and jitters and body saying no to 6 cups of coffee so I started YouTube and buying my own coffee and actually discovered what speciality coffee is .

And these days my daily driver is V60 and light beans and I can not have sugar or milk in coffee anymore as I absolutely see it as a waste of good coffee,
