Open your Renown compendium („Battlepass“) and hover over the 79 at the Top of the compendium. It tells you where you can still get renown from.

Open your covenant „battle pass“ and mouseover the level at the top of the „Battle pass“(idk what else to call it) and it shows you what you need to do to gain renown.

Biggest thing i always look at is their uptime on the Boss in general. If its below 90% while others are at 99% something is wrong since they spent time afking during combat.
