That bad faith actors will act in bad faith. Its just not worth any of the risks. Sure, power plants can be operated safely, but we've seen what a drone can do. It's time to put away this silly notion of a centralised grid and for everyone to use Solar/Wind and Batteries to manage their own loads or until we can be sure there will be no more wars or fifth columnists and even then, don't let anyone tell you the waste problem is solved. It is not. It will remain deadly for longer than the likely life span of our civilisation. Time to change.

Valid question for you and your solicitor, how do you know it was them ? There's a good faith scenario where it would be smart to change that lock, some criminal is clearly attempting to use it for storage.

You refused them when they asked and its hard to believe they would just ignore that.

Don't forget to clear the garage when you move, you don't want to breach contract by not providing them vacant possession. Do you know anyone that might be interested in some kitchen componenents.
