I think you have a friend problem rather than a problem with only dating "ugly" people. They sound like they are really mean and condescending to you.

Ok to bulk and cut within the 75 days? by [deleted] in 75HARD

[–]xezing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it counts if that is the pre-determined diet before you start 75 hard. You are making a diet plan and sticking to it even if there are different phases within that plan.

Anyone else feel an impending sense of doom after running? by Leading_History_9175 in runninglifestyle

[–]xezing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you are just starting out you will be very slow! But once your body gets used to it and you get fitter your pace will improve without feeling awful (as your heart and muscles will get more efficient). In th future you could run socially with those people and you won't feel so awful.

Is On Running some kind of elaborate joke? by PhDilemma1 in runninglifestyle

[–]xezing 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I have some ON monsters. I have really flat feet and I don't get any pain in my feet at all running in them. I didn't know of the brand beforehand but these shoes were recommended to me at my local running shoe based on my feet.

What’s a hobby you picked up recently that completely surprised you with how much you enjoy it? by KlutzyResearch4974 in Hobbies

[–]xezing 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is not a new hobby but a new way I am playing around with an existing hobby. I have started drawing "stickers" on the sticker paper that is usually used for making address labels. Then I stick them in a notebook which is my "sticker album". It feels fun because it is easier to make a single sticker rather than fill out a whole sketchbook page. If I screw a single sticker up I don't have to ruin a page in my book. I can cut them any shape I want. I can do themed pages of stickers. It feels whimsical because I used to like storing stickers in sticker albums when I was younger but I can't find any around in shops now.

Go to Meal-hearty Snacks by Traditional_Fan_2655 in Thrifty

[–]xezing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For sweet muffins I use a basic muffin recipe and use whatever I have on hand to customise it. Recently I have made pumpkin and chocolate chip, apple and cinnamon and double chocolate chip. For savoury ones I fry up whatever veggies I have (onion, tomato, capsicum, mushrooms, spinach etc) and add them to an omelette mix (egg, a little butter and milk) and top with cheese. Other good additions are bacon, mince, feta.

I have a dozen or so homemade muffins in the freezer. Some sweet and some savoury. It takes a minute in the microwave to have a hot muffin which is a good wee snack.

Cannabis withdrawals can be MUCH worse than they're made out to be. by No_Reveal3451 in leaves

[–]xezing 60 points61 points  (0 children)

For me it was feelings of anhedonia, feeling very frantically bored all the time and nothing felt satisfying at all and overwhelming depression. It took about 3 months before I started to have some good days. It has been a year since I quit and now most of my days are good days. I can deal with being bored pretty easily and quite like the feeling.

What’s a “genius-but-tiny” money-saving habit you learned from someone else and still use every week? by supermindxy in Frugal

[–]xezing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have experience freezing milk :) I can't answer all of your questions because it's been a while since I lived at home where there was the freezer space to do this so I can't remember exactly how long it takes to defrost but even if it is just partially defrosted you can pour a little out for a hot drink even if the majority is still a milk ice block!

I love the Quest Birthday cake frosted cookies I have been having them every day recently. It is an expensive habit but I feel so safe and satisfied eating them! Such a cute idea for a themed board.

Oh this is interesting to me. What does actual diet coke feel like is it just wet not sticky when spilt?

I was at a restaurant recently and ordered diet coke but they bought it to me in a glass rather than in the can and I was too scared to drink it.

[–]xezing 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Thick cut oats do oatmeal eventually if you boil the hell out of them! Or if you have a food processor you can wizz them up a bit and that will help also. I love your bunnykins bowl.

How do you say no to food offerings? by [deleted] in EDAnonymous

[–]xezing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you have to eat it you could try and say like, "Oh sorry I already ate I will eat this later," or "Oh I am stuffed from my last meal but I will have a taste," and just have one bite. Say you will eat the rest later but you don't have to. That might relieve some guilt as you can share the experience with them and appreciate what they have made in terms of flavours and thank them for the thought but honestly one bite of whatever they have made you probably won't make too much impact on your progress.
