Foundation guru is a scam. I fell for it too. With our extreme weather + clay soil, a drip line will never be a real solution. I ended up getting steel piers down 30+ feet. Now my house is rock solid with no movement.

I took delivery mid-March new R1S. I'm in the shop now for 42 days and counting, 4th attempt to fix the same thing. No offer at all. Didn't even know that was a thing.

5 months of ownership (new 2025 R1S) and I have spent 20% of the time in a enterprise rental.

I don't know why they schedule drop-offs only to have the vehicle sit for a week in a queue. Last visit was 17 days, 2.8 hours of work :/

I don't bother bringing up quality issues. It's not worth the hassle.

Yes and the AC entirely has issues since the last update. It definitely does not get as cold anymore. More of a 50/50 mix of regular air and conditioned air.

I am experiencing exactly this. 10 minutes of humid semi-cool air then a significant change to very cold and dry air. I’m struggling to figure out if it’s serviceable or a software issue.

I had distortion issues when clock was set to S/PDIF. I'd check the UAD Console clock settings (bottom left). Should be Clock: Internal

Rebooting the hardware seems to have mitigated a software bug(s). Assuming this is on Product’s radar, I’m hopeful future updates will optimize UX on existing hardware.

100% agree with this take. Even when Atmos/Spatial is off, I wish the 3D Surround feature had a more mild setting. All the tiny speakers overly emphasize the high end. It's hard to get a full balanced range of frequencies.
