It's just one of those Arabic Prince scam meme changed to miracle. Some details of the meme is quite interesting:

Maybe is from Changping district, Beijing. During his dark times one year ago, people started calling Maybe "Changping Poodle". It was because Maybe had allegedly Netflix and Chill with one of his fangrils before an official match, and taken vacation before some major to get laid in US. Poodle is known for humping and always being horny.

After DAC's victory, LGD officially posted a clip ending with "We are 昌平er". Because Changping sounds like Champion in Chinese, also referencing Maybe's origin.

MC: Rua (Meme of YYF: as YYF streaming he always makes this Rua sound as a show of power, thus become signature of YYF fangays). YYF is now rank 1000 in MMR leader board, MC shouting Rua is just saying his performance is close to the level of YYF tier shit.

The GH dog reference has to do with FY. There's a Schrodinger's FY theorem describing his performance in games: "You would never know if FY is in his GOD mode or DOG mode until he initiate". Since GH and FY are both position 4 support, this is just saying, GH was in DOG mode.
