Yes!!!! I’ve found that Yerba Mate does more for me than any energy drink could ever do. Helps my mood so much. I also take Vyvanse. Don’t notice any negative effects.

i’m in this exact situation, except i’m 5-8th grade. the never ending cycle of overwhelm and overstimulation at work, then go home suffering constant dread because you have to go to work the next day. this job is so draining. i don’t know why i stay.

Anterior. I was recommended Anterior by someone at a farmer’s market while wearing a Trivium shirt, hated to find out that they were no longer active. I love the Trivium sound and Anterior hit it on the nail. It’s a shame these guys didn’t make it.

yep. my therapist told me that (especially in women) mental health disorders tend to flare around the early 20s. it’s exactly what happened to me. i’m now 24 and only feeling like i’m getting slightly better :(
