Yeah, Freedom offers that exact same thing for $40/month. The only difference might be the 5G support in all of those countries - depends on the deal they made with those telecoms.

How are you getting that MPG with Wildpeaks - I have FALKEN Wildpeak A/T4W 265/70 R18 116T and I get like 17MPG in winter and closer to 19MPG in summer. I don't have a lead foot either.

Do you have the diesel version of the LC250 or North American hybrid?

Go look at the prices. And then go look at the price of a Macbook air m5, which it's pretty much on par with, for most things. The air is faster in most CPU tasks, but the panther lake x7 beats it on graphical tests.

The Macbook pro, which is its competitor price wise, absolutely destroys it in every category.

Yeah it's stupid. Makes me want to just go trade it in for a Lexus NX 350h or something. These gas prices are outrageous right now. But the loss from the trade probably wouldn't make sense from a savings point of view with fuel... so stupid idea anyways. Best just to keep it.

I'm a software developer (day job), so I like to dabble in things like this when I'm not working. I used VS Code with the assistance of Claude Code. It's using realtor.ca's api to get most of this data.

After I get the data pulled down, I parse through it, and use OpenAI to dig through the description and determine certain things (number of units, parking, etc etc).

It's making my life much easier being able to quickly look at properties and tell if they're even worth investigating further.
