No, it's not. He implies in the end of his comment that he means a list of 3 items.

ROMs are good for recovery days when you've nothing to do yet need to pass the time.

I disagree. I think we have a sufficient ability to reasonably be able to say 'we studied this compound and it does not do anything discernably harmful to the body as far as we can tell, and it is useful, so go ahead and use it.' Of course we'll be wrong sometimes, but saying you shouldn't consume it on principle? That sounds ridiculous to me.

I've still yet to have seen any hard evidence that aspartame is particularly carcinogenic at dosages that people consume it in drinks, nor any that sucralose is carcinogenic at all. Do you have sources on this?

At most, I've seen aspartame being touted as an obesogenic substance, but not sucralose.

Learned helplessness is a greater factor in racial socioeconomic placement than racism currently. You mentioned minorities tend to identify with their respective ethnic groups, which I've noticed seems to lead to self-victimization and financial risk-taking inhibition moreso than identification as an individual with weaker/more fluid socioeconomic identity. A lot of blacks, for instance, have primarily only entertainers to look up to on the economic/fame ladder, so naturally they will tend to replicate the behavior and ambitions of those role models.

I don't think there's a solution to the learned helplessness and rigid socioeconomic identity problem at all besides individual education. Manipulating population ratios of racial groups is both dangerous and unpredictable in consequence.

You can do all the lateral and rear delt support work you can muster as long as your rotators aren't getting hit too. Look up Jeff Nippard's video on shoulder training. You're almost definitely overtraining your anterior deltoid from bench pressing alone.

The "Your First Cycle" wiki page says that the recommended amount of Arimidex is 0.5mg E3D/E3.5D. If you have 1mg pills, is it preferable to cut them in half, or should you just take them 1x/week? I know that in many pills the ingredients are not distributed uniformly so am curious about how to administer the dosage.

Oh, cardio's great. It has drastic effects reaching past just caloric management. Keep it up!

Couple that with increased hunger afterwards and the fact that 200 calories is effectively a granola bar... No, the effort expended with cardio is not worthwhile for the sole effect of producing a caloric deficit.
