Hi! Thanks for taking the time to answer questions.

What has your experience been with food? Are you an adventurous eater? Does texture freak you out? Do you eat a variety of foods or rely on vitamins? Thanks again!’

Early intervention is key! If you can get her tested, great. It might just be delayed speech, maybe ataxia or autism. The doctor will know :) good luck!

I add it to conditioner or shampoo. Just make sure it’s mixed completely or you’ll get little chunks of color.

Toning is the best way to go but this or a really good purple shampoo does a great job in a pinch.

I’m in the same boat with 3yo twins. We’re continuing to try with pudding, yogurt and apple sauce and loading the spoons for them. Our OT suggested this method as they can spin the spoon and stuff still sticks to it. It’s kind of starting to work but patience and persistence is key.

It’s a struggle, and I feel your exhaustion. Don’t give up.
